Terms

Last updated November 2, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use AppsOut ("we", "the service"), its website and dashboard. By creating an account you accept them. If you use the service for a company, you accept them for that company.

2. Accounts

You need a valid email and must keep your sign-in secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. Revoke a key in Settings as soon as you think it has leaked. One person per account; teams need one account each.

3. Plans, trials and billing

There is no free plan. New accounts get a 7-day Pro trial without a card, starting when the email address is confirmed; it ends on its own and nothing is charged; after that the dashboard needs a paid plan.

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, who may add taxes required where you live. Prices can change; a change applies from your next renewal after we tell you.

You can cancel at any time in Plan & billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period. If you believe a charge is wrong or the service did not work for you, contact us; approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

4. Promo codes

Promo codes grant access for the period stated when you redeem them, are limited to the uses and dates set for each code, have no cash value and can be revoked if obtained or used in breach of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not resell, republish or bulk-redistribute the data as a competing dataset; share findings, charts and excerpts in your own work.

Do not get around plan limits, credit limits or rate limits, share accounts or keys, scrape the website, or try to access other users' data or the admin area.

Do not use the service to break the law or the terms of the app stores and ad platforms the data comes from.

6. About the data

Every number is labelled observed (read from the source), calculated (our published model) or unavailable (no connected source). Revenue and download figures are estimates, not audited figures. Coverage depends on what each source publishes; for example, ad libraries only publish ads shown in certain regions.

The service is research input, not financial, legal or investment advice. Check important decisions against primary sources.

7. Your content

What you save (watchlists, collections, notes, searches, tracked keywords, feedback) stays yours. You let us store and process it to run the service. If you send us ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Sources can change or stop publishing data. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something central to a paid plan, contact us about a pro rata refund.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact form. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.

10. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or decisions made on the data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We will post changes here with a new date and email account holders before material changes take effect. Questions: contact us. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.
